It is not often that a series can be determined by a singular moment in time, where, had it gone differently, would have likely changed the outcome of the entire match–But we saw such a moment at this year’s NXL Mid-Atlantic Major in the finals match between San Antonio X-Factor and Tampa Bay Damage. There were, of course, many other moments throughout this series that could have turned the tides for X-Factor, but none were quite as impactful as the bounce shot onto Keith Brown in the overtime point.
