Houston Heat and San Antonio X-Factor met here last year and Heat was badly beaten. Can they take down X-Factor? Edmonton Impact looks to defeat AC Dallas who have proven to be one of the toughest teams here in Las Vegas.

San Antonio X-Factor and Moscow Red Legion are both unbeaten thus far and the winner of this match will claim the number 1 seed out of their bracket. Seattle Uprising and Xtreme play for pride here as both look to beat the other in their last game of the tournament.
